Take the Claremont Energy Challenge!
Claremont is competing for the $5 million Georgetown University Energy Prize, a competition to reduce energy usage in innovative, community-driven, long-lasting ways.
The 10 communities that reduce overall gas and electricity use the most by December 2016 will advance to the final round. The utility companies will do the actual reporting, but:

Earth Day 2016!
We hope you were able to join the celebration on Saturday, April 23 in the Claremont Village. You can see many more photos HERE and the program of events HERE. Many thanks to the exhibitors and our generous sponsors!A good time was had by all! There was live music, a mobile paper shredding truck, delicious food from local food trucks, the amazing Copali dancers, wolves to pet (seriously!), green product samples, arts and crafts, Earth Day T-shirts to buy, and a free bicycle valet service!
