Join the Chno Basin Water Conservation District for free mulch and compost on the first and third Saturdays of the month from 8:30-11:30 a.m. Compost giveaways are limited to five 5-gallon buckets. If you are a community group and are working on a project, you may arrange to pick up mulch on another day. Please call 909-626-2711 for scheduling. The mulch is comprised of local area tree trimmings, typically a mix of oak, sycamore, eucalyptus, and other common landscape trees. No commercial landscapers. Please Note: Compost is available only on an intermittent and limited basis as the district receives deliveries.
