Chino Basin Water Conservation District wants to help you landscape. Load your own free mulch, pitchfork and sturdy containers recommended (no plastic bags). Mulch conserves water by reducing evaporation and building soil structure. The mulch is a mix of local tree trimmings donated by Green Army. Compost is available on an intermittent basis. Groups, please contact CBWCD at 909-626-2711 to schedule a pick-up. No commercial landscapers may participate.
